All payments for services are processed through approved invoicing platforms (e.g., Wave). Because BDazzle provides time‑based and service‑based work, all payments are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
No refunds are issued for:
Completed work
Time already invested
Missed meetings
Client delays

BDazzle Virtual Creationz maintains strict confidentiality. Any information shared by clients — including documents, passwords, media, or internal processes — will not be shared, sold, or disclosed unless required by law.
